Refunds and Returns

All items purchased through website are final unless superseded by an applicable exemption as described below. 

Note: We issue tracking information for all orders shipped so that you know the whereabouts of your property. This is YOUR SHIPMENT once it leaves the factory/warehouse. Protect it by paying attention to written notice(s) from delivery companies such as FED EX, UPS, USPS, ROADWAY, among others that may have pertinent information requiring your action or attention.

 

TANNING BULBS

Our policy lasts 30 days from order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

30 DAY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

All tanning lamps are guaranteed against breakage and failure for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Please send replacement requests to: support@a1tanningsupply.com

REFUSED TANNING BULBS

DO NOT REFUSE TANNING BULBS! Any tanning bulbs that are refused will incur a 20% re-stock fee to cover the original cost of shipping, plus $35/box for return freight back to warehouse.

BREAKAGE

If you suspect bulbs are damaged DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT!

1) Take appropriate safety measures to protect against possible cuts from broken glass.

2) Take appropriate actions to contain and dispose of any broken glass.

3) Remove all UNBROKEN items and wipe gently with soft clean cloth.

4) Check for and remove any small items that may have been shipped together such as starters, facial bulbs etc.

5) Notify us with quantity and type of broken item(s) by:

     a) Replying to original INVOICE emailed to you, or

     b) email us at: support@a1tanningsupply.com. 

Please reference NAME and 4 digit ORDER #

         
TANNING BULB RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RECEIPT. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN, AND NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN RA # .

Shipping and handling fees are not available for refund or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer assumes all shipping charges to designated address.

Unused lamps that are in their original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if the lamps purchased were the wrong size, wattage or compatibility. All transportation costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. A restocking fee of 20%* of the purchase price will be charged for returned items.  NOTE: All damage is the responsibility of the shipper. Credit will not be given for broken, damaged, or missing items.  Please insure your shipment!

A  CALL TAG can be requested at a cost of $35/box in lieu of making your own shipping arrangements, in which case we schedule FED EX to pick up package(s) from your location. This needs to be prepaid before pick-up. We will  give you RA# to be written on outside of box(s) and a 2 day window of opportunity for pick up. 

Once all properly returned items are inventoried, a refund of the original purchase price minus a 20% re-stock fee* will be honored by crediting the original payment method used (Visa, Pay Pal etc.)

A refund can take from 1-3 weeks to process, and no credit will be given unless all returned items are accounted for.

Note: The 20% re-stock fee is not a penalty, but merely the amount we charge to help recover the initial cost of shipping product  from our warehouse to you.

 

PARTS

Some parts are non-returnable such as electrical parts, liquids, and special order items. To return an unused item, please obtain an RA# by contacting our customer service department by calling 800-881-2427, or by email at: info@a1tanningsupply.com. All returnable parts must be accompanied by an RA#.

DO NOT REFUSE PARTS PACKAGE!  Any package that is refused will incur a 20% re-stock fee to cover the original cost of shipping, plus an additional 20% for return freight.

Parts Refund

Returnable parts should be in original container and in a new, resell able condition. Please insure your shipment. 

If returnable part(s) are in resell able condition a refund will be granted minus a 20% restock fee which is used to cover original freight charges.

All equipment sales are final!

ALL RETURNS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RECEIPT. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN, AND NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN RA # .

Returnable acrylic(s) are non-custom acrylic(s) that are unused with plastic film intact in new and sell-able condition sent back in original container. 

Buyer is responsible for freight back to designated address, plus a 20% re-stock fee to cover the initial shipping cost.
